Placement and Removal of Refuse Containers 

Per city regulations, residents may place their refuse, landscape waste, and recyclable materials on any public right-of-way before 3:00 p.m. on the day before scheduled collection, and must remove such containers from the roadway before 10:00 p.m. on the day of collection.

Garbage and recycling containers should be stored inside the garage, behind the home, or on the side of the home and must not be visible from the street. The City appreciates your cooperation in abiding by these guidelines.
