Receive important information and updates from the City through Nixle.
Messages will be delivered by email, SMS text message, and over the web.
The City of Oakbrook Terrace wants you to be safe and informed during emergencies in our area. We are partnering with Nixle to provide important up-to-the minute alerts to our community. Alerts may include public safety matters, severe weather notifications, and traffic advisories.
Residents can register by:
- Providing their address or an intersection near them;
- Entering a cell phone number and/or email address by which to receive notifications from the City; and
- Choosing which messages to receive on which devices.
